💳 2. Ordering & Payments

All product prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
Payments can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Dream RC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if product availability, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion arises.

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all over Bangladesh using trusted courier partners.
Typical delivery time: 24 hours inside Dhaka, and 24 – 72 hours outside Dhaka.
Delivery charges depend on your location and product weight (shown at checkout).
Once shipped, tracking information will be provided if available.

🔁 4. Return & Replacement Policy

Products can be replaced within 3 days of delivery only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To qualify for replacement, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
Electronics, modules, and sensors cannot be returned once used or soldered.

However, due to variations from suppliers or manufacturing updates, minor differences may occur.
Dream RC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from product misuse or incorrect wiring/connection.
